SUBURB PROFILE

Cloverdale

Distance to CBD: 10km

History:
The suburb name was probably derived from "Cloverdale Estate", a subdivision in the area advertised for sale in 1910. It was officially recognised as a suburb name in 1954.

Amenities:
Located only 10 kms from the Perth CBD, this suburb has easy access to the International and Domestic Airports, Tonkin & Leach Highway, Graham Farmer Freeway and other main arteries. Its close proximity to the Perth CBD Belmont Forum, schools and public transport makes it a popular choice.

Schools:
The suburb has a great selection of schools that parents can choose from for their children, Belmay P.S., Cloverdale Ed Support Centre, Cloverdale P.S., Notre Dame P.S. and Belmont S.H.S.

Public Transport:
The suburb is also located close to Belmont Forum and multiple bus routes that service the area.

Growth and Development:
Because of its vast selection of big blocks of land, the suburb has experienced high growth due to the recent rezoning of properties and many investors and developers have taken a keen interest in the suburb. This has seen the increase in developments and subdivisions in recent years and as for home owners, one thing that Cloverdale offers that sets it apart from other suburbs is it offers affordability and proximity to a range of amenities.
